Whether it’s an exchange, a return, or a little repair, we’re here to take care of you and your piece, the same way it was made—with love, patience, and intention.

1. Shipping Fees: All shipping fees for returns, exchanges, or repairs are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Item Availability: If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a similar item of equal value will be provided. Cash refunds for price differences are not permitted for minor variances. If the replacement item exceeds the original value, the customer must pay the price difference.
3. Repair Services: Eligible items will be repaired free of charge. However, all shipping costs (both ways) must be covered by the client.
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and repairs.
5. Return & Exchange Period: We accept exchange or return within 30 days from the date of purchase. The processing time of a return or exchange after complying with the terms and conditions is 48 hours and during business hours only. A restocking fee of Php 500 will be charged per item. 

For Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila)

Need your Zarah Juan piece right away? We offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila via Lalamove.

• Cut-off time for same-day delivery is 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  
  
• Payment must be fully verified before 3:00 PM for us to arrange your courier.
  
  
• For special or urgent requests beyond the cut-off, feel free to message us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
  
  

We’ll coordinate with you directly via chat to confirm timing, location, and preferred delivery options.

For Local Shipping (Philippines – Outside Metro Manila)

For provincial deliveries, we proudly partner with LBC as our trusted third-party courier to ensure your handcrafted pieces arrive safely at your doorstep.

While we do our best to coordinate and ship promptly, once your package is in transit, delays or mishandling may occur beyond our control. Still, we’re always here to support you.
