1. About Our products:
a. You’ll find all available products on offer on this website.
b. If you don’t see the item available or is currently unavailable please send us a message on Instagram @zarahjuan or via email shop.zarahjuan@gmail.com and we’ll happily answer your question.


2. How to order and process your order online:
a. Choose a product/s and then add it to your cart. You can leave us a note for  additional instructions.
b. Proceed to check out and fill up the necessary information and upon completion proceed to shipping.


Please choose the appropriate shipping rate:
  • Metro Manila via Lalamove and Mr. Speedy
  • LBC for outside Metro Manila
  • DHL for International
c. Finally continue to payment where you can choose your mode of payment and complete the order.
d. Please double check your location for appropriate shipping fees. Items with the wrong entry will be placed on hold and an email will be sent for proper fees.
e. LBC or DHL waybills and tracking numbers will be indicated on an email or Instagram message as soon as we have one. 
f. Weather conditions may affect the delivery of items. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries for the safety of our riders.


3. Navigation:
a. You’ll find all available colors and designs on our website.
b. A number counter is indicated for real time availability.


4. Special notes:
a. You may indicate special requests attached to your order on the website.
b. We reserve the right to complete the special requests.


5. Shipping:
a. All items will be packed with a special note and delivered to the address indicated on your order form.
b. Shipping will only commence after payment verification.
c. Shipping is not available on Sundays and special holidays.
d. Shipping cut-off is 6pm Monday to Saturday.


6. Exchange/returns and repairs:
a. All shipping fees on items for return, exchange or repairs is on the account of the buyer.
b. In the event item is no longer available a similar item of the same value will be honored. *Cash differences are not allowed under any circumstances.
c. Repaired items will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE if item is less than 1 week old. Items over one week old will be charged 50% of the repair plus shipping.


7. Payments and how to get verified:
a. Paypal payments are verified within 12 hours
b. Gcash payments are verified within 2 hours
c. BPI, BDO, AND UNIONBANK verified within 24 hours. Please note it may take longer to process due to bank issues, technical issues, and similar problems that may arise with the institution.
d. Bank verification is accomplished by sending your proof of payment to :(include email here).
e. In the event a reply is not sent regarding your payment verification within office hours of 8am- 6pm Monday to Saturday, please email us at shop.zarahjuan@gmail.com.

a. We are more than happy to share your photos on our Instagram stories. Please let us know if you’d to share.

9. Our showroom: a. Our showroom is currently closed indefinitely but we’ll be back!
