How to order and process your order online
- Choose a product/s and then add it to your cart. You may leave us a note for additional instructions.
- Proceed to check out and fill up the necessary information and upon completion proceed to shipping.
Please choose the appropriate shipping rate:
- Metro Manila via Lalamove and Mr. Speedy
- LBC for outside Metro Manila
- DHL for Internationalz
- Finally continue to payment where you can choose your mode of payment and complete the order.
- Please double check your location for appropriate shipping fees. Items with the wrong entry will be placed on hold and an email will be sent for proper fees.
- LBC or DHL waybills and tracking numbers will be indicated on an email or Instagram message as soon as we have one.
- Weather conditions may affect the delivery of items. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries for the safety of our riders.
- Orders unpaid after 48 hours will be canceled.

Payments and how to get verified:

- Gcash payments are verified within 2 hours
- BPI, BDO, AND UNIONBANK verified within 24 hours. Please note it may take longer to process due to bank issues, technical issues, and similar problems that may arise with the institution.

- Additional cards, wrappers, bags, are charged extra. Please notify our sales personnel for additional requests.
- All items will be packed with a special note and delivered to the address indicated on your order form.
- Shipping will only commence after payment verification.
- Shipping is not available on Sundays and special holidays.
- Shipping cut-off is 6pm Monday to Saturday.
- Shipping maybe rescheduled due to weather conditions or other natural disasters. Traffic conditions may also cause rescheduling of orders.

Exchange/returns and repairs
- All shipping fees on items for return, exchange or repairs on the account of the buyer.
- In the event item is no longer available a similar item of the same value will be honored. *Cash differences are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Repaired items will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE if item is less than 1 week old, shipping will shouldered by client. Items over one week old will be charged 50% of the repair plus shipping. Items over 1 month will be charged the prevailing rates for repairs.
- All Items must have proof of purchase.
- We accept exchange or return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return. Please keep your invoice located on your pckage.
- Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
- Product(s) purchased outside of Philippines is not eligible for exchange or return.
- For international shipment all Duties and Taxes are on the Client whether delivery, damaged, returns or replacements.
- Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Product(s) purchased by using discount voucher or the like is allowed for exchange only; strictly no return or refund is allowed. The customer(s) must strictly comply with the terms and conditions of voucher.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BUPANDA?
We only recommend hand washing with a light liquid detergent. You may also machine wash in a small mesh garment bag and set to delicates.
Use a light liquid detergent like Perwol for cleaning your Bupanda. Powder detergents may leave powder residue on your pompoms or beads when dry.
1. Follow measurements of liquid detergent.
2. Handwash lightly as not to rub beads together. Pompoms should not be scrubbed.
4. Wring lightly to remove water. Do not wring pompoms.
5. Flat dry on a mesh (nonmetal) surface away from direct sunlight (to preserve color). Hanging Bupanda may result in the fabric being “pulled”. We recommend flat drying.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BATWING MULES?
- Dry brush. Remove dirt from the outsole, midsole, and uppers using a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush. ...
- Make a mild cleaning solution. Mix warm water with a small amount of mild laundry detergent. You may use a toothbrush.
- Brush soles but do not soak
- Brush outer with mild pressure.

Pre-order Terms and conditions
- Straps, colors, leathers, and lining may change depending on availability of materials. Notification of changes will be sent before shipping.
- All items ordered through Pre-Order will be shipped based on first come first served basis.
- Returns on pre-orders will be honored for 30 days from receiving item/s.
- Pre-orders have a production period of 4-7 weeks. Updates on availability will be sent in the event your item is available. In the event of the delays from the factory beyond the promised date, the option to cancel and refund the down payment is available.
- In the event down payment is not received within the 7 day period of the pre-order period your order will be cancelled. A 5% restocking fee will be charged on the cancelation.
- In the event additional items are purchased along with pre-order shipping fees will be quoted separately.
- Shipping to and from Powerplant Mall for returns and exchange is on the account of the client.

International shipment (Terms and conditions)
1. Product(s) purchased outside of Philippines is not eligible for exchange or return.
2. For international shipment all Duties and Taxes are on the Client whether delivery, damaged, returns or replacements.
3. Quotes are effective 7 days upon issuance of the quote.
4. Prices and rates may change without prior notice.
5. Items not insured will not be replaced or refunded.
6. Damaged items will be immediately reported to the courier for processing (2 to 4 weeks)
